Programs
Telpochalli Community Education Project (TCEP) offers a variety of programs that are designed to cater to specific needs within the community, promoting education, and empowerment.
Adult Leadership
The Adult Leadership development is built on the foundation of parent-led initiatives that center the voices, experiences, and leadership of community members. Through programs like Corazón de Mujer, service consultations, and workforce development support, parents organize, lead, and uplift one another. With guidance from TCEP, families transform their lived experiences into action, becoming advocates and change makers in the community.

Our Youth Development and Engagement programs empower young individuals to grow into confident leaders. Through initiatives like the Little Village Summer Leadership Institute and youth are able to gain hands-on experience in leadership and service. Programs like Girl Talk support group and Ollin Youth Leadership Groups provided a space for personal growth and peer support. We also offer group tutoring, mentoring, and college/career support to help youth achieve their academic and professional goals. Through strategic partnerships and advocacy, we work to create lasting opportunities for young people to thrive.
Community Services
Telpochcalli Community Education Project (TCEP) provides a range of community services that support education, leadership, and civic participation. From adult programs to volunteer opportunities, TCEP creates space for community members to grow, connect, and make a lasting impact.

Cultural Events
We proudly host cultural driven events and community gatherings that celebrate heritage, empowerment, and provided essential resources. Some of our signature events, include Día de Nopal, Women's Conference, Día del Niño, Kermes Mexicana, Feria Escolar, and Día de los Muertos, honor traditions and bringing communities together. Additionally, we provided the community with a variety of resources that support local family members.
